One killed, four injured as oil tanker caught fire in Muzaffargarh

MUZAFFARGARH (92 News) – At least one person was killed and four others wounded when an oil tanker caught fire in Kot Addu area of Muzaffargarh near KEPCO Thermal Power Plant on Sunday.

As per details, the fire erupted in the oil tanker during welding, thus completely destroying the container.

The incident occurred near KEPCO Thermal Power Plant, killing one man on the spot and injuring four others.

Rescue staff reached the spot and extinguished the blaze.


The wounded people were shifted to local hospital for medical treatment.
