LAHORE (92 News) – JUI-F chief Maulana Fazalur Rehman has said that their struggle is for the rule of the constitution.
Talking to the media on Wednesday, he said that they do not want to target the institutions and personalities. "Institutions should not get involved in the politics. We want to see unity in the institutions," he maintained.
The JUI-chief said that they will have to bring the country to the real democracy. "The provincial governments should be given maximum powers," he added.
He said that there was need to hold an inquiry into the Karachi incident. "However, action should be taken on misbehaviour with the IG Sindh and the police," he added.
Raja Pervaiz Ashraf said that prime minister's silence over the matter is not a good thing. "COAS Qamar Bajwa tried to deal with the matter amicably," he added.
