Pak army rescues seven policemen from quake-hit Naran
RAWALPINDI (92 News) – Pakistan Army has on Wednesday rescued seven policemen stranded in landslide hit Naran area due to heavy snow fall.
According to a statement issued by the ISPR, the police personnel stuck at Katti Das and Besaal checkpost due to heavy snow fall.
“One corpse was also recovered during the search and rescue operation. The army said the operation will continue till recovery of last tourist.”
Moreover, all the tourists trapped due to heavy snowfall in Kaghan and Naran valleys along with one thousand vehicles have been evacuated.
“The army is conducting search and rescue operation in the area.”
