Pak, India need to forget past and move forward: Nasir Janjua

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Advisor to Prime Minister on National Security Lieutenant General (R) Nasir Janjua has in Thursday termed the meeting with his Indian counterpart an important breakthrough.

In his interview with an Indian newspaper, Lieutenant General (R) Nasir Janjua said that the arch-rivals will have to move forward by forgetting the past and Pakistan and India relations has to be improved.

He said that the way for the meeting of Foreign Secretaries of the two countries needs to be made for next month and Pakistan is ready to move forward in this regard.


The adviser said that during the meeting between his Indian counterpart, they agreed to work together against terrorism.
