Pakistan-China Economic Corridor will start new era of progress in Pakistan: PM

LONDON (92 News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif says Pakistan-China Economic Corridor will start a new era of progress in Pakistan and it will benefit all provinces, not only Punjab.

He was talking to media after reaching London on the invitation of British Prime Minister David Cameron.

Prime Minister said Yemen issue should be resolved as per spirit of the UN resolution and added that there was no wish-list on Yemen from Saudi leadership during his talks in Riyadh.

Nawaz Sharif will hold official talks with his British counterpart on bilateral, regional and global issues.

He will also participate in the National Commemoration of the Centenary of Gallipoli Campaign and ANZAC Day where he will interact with other participating leaders and dignitaries.


The Prime Minister is also expected to meet British leaders and business executives during the visit.

Upon arrival, the premier was received by British Government Ambassador Nicholas Jarrold and Pakistan’s High Commissioner to the UK Syed Ibne Abbas.
