Pakistan delegation to visit Saudi Arabia to discuss support
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – A high-level Pakistani delegation led by Defence Minister Khawaja Asif and foreign policy chief Sartaj Aziz is due to leave for Saudi Arabia on Tuesday or Wednesday.
According to sources, the delegation also including top military officials will discuss Saudi defence needs in wake of Yemen offensive.
Pakistan has already pledged to extend all support to Saudi Arabia if the country’s security is threatened.
Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif are also keeping close consultation on the issue.
