FM Qureshi said that US President Donald Trump has expressed willingness to visit Pakistan. He said the Trump considers Pakistan an important country and he wants to promote bilateral relations between the two countries.

He has warned that deterioration of situation in Indian Occupied Kashmir or a conflict in South Asia will leave negative impact on the regional economy. He said Prime Minister Imran Khan has effectively and forcefully presented its stance on important matters.

The statement came a day after China issued a strongly reacted to allegations levelled by US envoy Alice Wells. US claimed that Pakistan’s debt burden was growing due to the Chinese financing.
