LAHORE (92 News) – DG ISPR Maj Gen Babar Iftikhar said that Pakistan and India had agreed not to attack each other's pots directly.

Talking exclusively to 92 News on Thursday, he said that there would be no construction within 500 meters of the Line of Control. "After 2003, 13,627 violations of ceasefire were made and 310 citizens were killed. 90 percent deaths occurred from 2014 to 2021," he added.

He said that hotline contact between DGMOs was not made in the wake of any emergency situation and there was no pressure in it. "The contact was made under the military mechanism 2003 and it will be implemented. Usually the hotline contact is made once in a month."

The DG ISPR said that they had controlled terrorism through the Operation Rudul Fasaad. "Alhamadulillah today our condition is better and strong," he added.

He said that the government was befittingly responding to the critics. "There is no good in responding to the baseless and weightless matters," he maintained.

Maj Gen Babar Iftikhar said that the people and the media love the armed forces.
