Pakistan must present its position in effective way over Trump’s threats: Qureshi
MULTAN (92 News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) vice chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi has on Sunday said that the party would present its stance after listening to the position of the government in the National Assembly Session over the statements of US President Donald Trump.
Talking to media after attending the Rusm-e-Qul of the aunt of PTI leader Amir Dogar, he said: “We must present the position of Pakistan in an effective way over the threats of the US President.”
We also need to give an effective response to the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said, adding that China, Turkey and Iran gave importance to the position of Pakistan.
Commenting on the by-elections in NA-120, he said that the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is violating the rules and regulations by using state resources in NA-120 despite that the people of the constituency are not satisfied.
He urged the PTI workers to actively take part in the campaign for NA-120 by-polls.
The PTI leader claimed that the entire Lahore administration including Mayor is busy in campaign for the PML-N candidate.
