ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Pakistan’s political and military leadership has resolved to give a tit for tat response to the Indian war mania.

A comprehensive strategy has been chalked out in this regard.

A spokesman for the Foreign Office said that Pakistan’s nuclear program is only for its defense.

He said that Indian ‘Cold Start Doctrine’ had forced Pakistan to prepare small atomic weapons.

Meanwhile, Foreign Secretary Aizaz Chaudhry said that no nuclear agreement is under consideration between Pakistan and America.

He said that there was no proposal to limit the Pakistan’s nuclear program. “It is aimed at stopping the Indian aggression.”

He said that Pakistan has a right to prepare weapons for its defense and keep its defense capability effective. “The solution to the Afghan issue is not force, but dialogues.”

The secretary said that America was also in favor of reconciliatory process in Afghanistan. “Pakistan is ready to play the role as facilitator in the Afghan reconciliatory process,” he added.
