Pakistan is in state of war, says Ahsan Iqbal
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal has on Sunday said that Pakistan is in state of war and the terrorists aims to create psychological pressure.
Talking to media in Quetta on Sunday, he emphasized the need for joint efforts and cooperation to eradicate terrorism from the country, adding that the enemies want to divide the country.
The minister said that significant achievements have been made in war against terrorism and remnants of terrorists are on run.
He said that the government worked out a uniformed policy to uproot the menace of terrorism in the country since 2013, adding that the war against terrorism can be won through solidarity, unity and integrity.
Replying to a question, Ahsan Iqbal said that the law enforcement agencies are fully alert and will succeed in finding a clue to the real motives involved behind such nefarious acts of terrorism.
