Pakistan women cricket team arrives home
LAHORE (92 News) – Pakistan women cricket team’s players have on Tuesday arrived in Lahore after being eliminated from the ICC World Twenty20.
Talking to media, women cricket team skipper Sana Mir demanded the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to provide more facilities and training staff for women cricket team. “We achieved success due to unity,” she said.
She said that they have competed against world’s best teams.
The skipper further expressed grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives in Lahore blast which killed more than 70 and injured above 300.
