Pakistan-Zimbabwe first ODI tomorrow; PCB unveils series trophy

LAHORE (92 News) – The first one-day international (ODI) of the three-match series between Pakistan and Zimbabwe will be played at Gaddafi Stadium on Tuesday.

The other ODIs will be played on May 29 and 31.

Squad: Azhar Ali (captain), Muhammad Hafeez, Ahmed Shehzad, Asad Shafiq, Harris Sohail, Shoaib Malik, Babar Azam, Muhammad Rizwan, Sarfaraz Ahmed, Anwar Ali, Hammad Azam, Imad Wasim, Yasir Shah, Wahab Riaz, Muhammad Sami and Junaid Khan.

Meanwhile, a ceremony was held to unveil the Pakistan-Zimbabwe one-day series trophy on Monday.

Captains and players of both teams participated in the ceremony. PCB and match officials were also present.

Speaking on the occasion, captain Azhar Ali said that the one-day team is better than the T20 team.

Zimbabwe captain Elton Chigumbura expressed the wish that they want to play Test cricket in Pakistan.
