ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Supreme Court has on Thursday ordered the Joint Investigation Team (JIT), formed to probe Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his family in Panama Leaks case, to submit final report on July 10.

A three-member special bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Justice Ejaz Afzal resumed hearing.

During the proceedings, the court asked Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Additional Director Wajid Zia, if the government departments were cooperating with the JIT, to which he said that the Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) provided the six-man panel with the some record whereas the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) did not.

He said that time and again they have asked the FBR to provide record but they didn’t cooperate with them.
