Panama Leaks: Parliamentary committee to meet again today

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The 12-member parliamentary committee, which will decide the Terms of Reference (ToRs) to probe into Panama leaks, will hold its second meeting on Thursday (today).

Earlier, after a heated debate, the parliamentary committee had decided not to select its chief for preparing the terms of reference (ToRs) for a probe into the Panama Leaks on Wednesday (yesterday).

National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq held a meeting with Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Syed Khurshid Shah before the first meeting of the parliamentary committee.

Khurshid Shah said that they had to adopt positive thought. Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that they would resolve the issues with consensus. The committee’s second meeting will be held on Thursday.
