ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Anwar Zaheer Jamali is expected to take decision regarding the formation of Judicial Commission to probe into Panama leaks on Monday (today).

An important decision pertaining to the terms of reference (TORs) is also expected today.

The government had written a letter to the Supreme Court, requesting it to constitute an inquiry commission to investigate into the Panama leaks but the decision to forma commission was delayed as the CJP was not in the country.

The government had presented TORs drafted, while the opposition parties rejected the TORs presented by the government and accused the government of not consulting opposition parties on the TORs
