Panama Papers’ Probe: Parliamentary committee to meet today

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The first meeting of the Parliamentary committee, constituted to formulate Terms of References (ToRs) on Panama leaks, will be held in Islamabad today (Wednesday).

The 12-member Parliamentary committee comprises six members each from both government and opposition sides scheduled to hold its first meeting today (Wednesday) at 4:00pm and complete its task within two weeks.

The committee will prepare the ToRs to investigate the matters of Panama leaks, offshore companies, loan waivers and kickbacks.

The members of the Committee are Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Senator Aitzaz Ahsan, Senator Mir Hasil Khan Bizenjo, Senator Muhammad Ali Khan Saif, Senator Ilyas Ahmad Balour, Khawaja Muhammad Asif, MNA, Khawaja Saad Rafique, MNA, Akram Khan Durrani, MNA, Anusha Rehman Khan Advocate, MNA, Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Hussain Qureshi, MNA, Sahibzada Tariq Ullah, MNA and MNA Chaudhry Tariq Bashir Cheema.
