Passenger held with ice heroin at Islamabad airport

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Customs Department has on Monday foiled a bid to smuggle ice heroin and arrested an accused at the Benazir International Airport in Islamabad.

During search of the passenger, Canedy Brayan, who was to leave for Sharjah through Pakistan International Airline (PIA) at the Benazir Bhutto International Airport Islamabad, ice heroin was recovered from his shoes.

The Customs Department officials arrested the accused and seized ice heroin worth hundreds of thousands of rupees in international market.

The detainee was shifted to police station and he was being interrogated after registering a case.
