PAT announces to move ICJ over Model Town tragedy

LAHORE (92 News) – The Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) has announced to move the International Court of Justice and Human Rights over the Model Town tragedy.

Addressing a press conference on Friday, PAT secretary general Khurram Nawaz Gandapur said that they could not get justice in the presence of Prime Minister Nawaz.

He appealed to Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif to order the investigations after forming the joint investigation team.

He disclosed that the FIR of the Model Town tragedy was registered on the intervention of the COAS.


The PAT secretary general asked the workers to be peaceful. “We will be soon on roads if did not get justice,” he declared.
