PCB names Inzmaul Haq as chief selector
LAHORE (92 News) – Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Shaharyar Khan has announced to name Inzmamul Haq as chief selector of the national team.
Speaking on the occasion, the PCB chairman said that Inzmamul Haq had agreed to become the chief selector.
He said that they would decide on the coach soon. “It is not mandatory the coach should be from abroad,” he added.
He said that Mushtaq Ahmed will be made the National Academy head coach.
Inzamamul Haq said that selectors, coaches and captain would have to come on the same page if they wanted improvement in cricket.
Tauseef Ahmed, Wajahatullah Wasti and Waseem Haider are also part of the selection committee.
