PHF announces women squad for Asian Hockey Federation Cup

LAHORE( 92 NEWS) –   Eighteen members Pakistan Women Hockey Team announced by PHF for after a month long camp of 60 probable’s and three days trials at National Hockey Stadium Lahore.

Pakistan Women Team will participate in Asian   Hockey federation Hockey Cup to be held in Bankok from 1st to 9th October 2016.

The Experienced National Player Hina Kanwal will lead the team while Rizwana Yasmin will assist him as Vice Captain during the tournament.

Squad:
Rizwana Yasmin, Saeeda Sadia (Goalkeepers), Ishrat Abbas, Marina Anwar, Taskeen Kausar (Fullbacks), Nafeesa Anwar, Iqra Javed, Ayesha Bashir, Zaib-un-Nisa (Halfbacks), Hina Kanwal, Maira Sabir, Sana Allahditta, Kalsoom Shahzadi, Afshan Naureen, Ambreen Arshad, Hina Pervez, Sahil Malik, Kulsoom Munir (Forwards). Standbys: Rushna Khan, Rimsha Ilyas, Sana Arshad, Mahjabeen, Hamra Latif, Zakia Nawaz.


Former  captain  Pakistan hockey team Usman Sheikh   has been appointed as coach  by      PHF for this tour
