Pilot martyred in military plane crash in Mianwali
MIANWALI (92 News) – A pilot of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has on Thursday embraced martyrdom when his plane crashed near Mianwali.
In a statement issued by the PAF spokesman, Wing Commander Mohammad Shahzad was on routine operational flight when the F-7 fighter aircraft he was flying encountered a technical fault and crashed in Mianwali.
The spokesperson further said that the body of the martyred pilot was recovered from the site and shifted to the base in Mianwali.
An investigation board has been formed to probe into the incident.
