PM Abbasi seeks PPP help in passage of delimitation bill

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Leader of Opposition in National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah has on Wednesday said that Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi requested Pakistan Peoples’ Party’s (PPP) help in the passage of the delimitation bill.

Talking to media in Islamabad on Wednesday, he said that Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has on Wednesday met him at his chamber seeking the party’s help in the passage of delimitation bill.

The opposition leader said that the prime minister also expressed his desire to meet PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari.

Shah went on to say that it would be better if the government give the in writing its suggestions to the PPP leadership.

The government was facing problems over the continuous absence of ruling party leaders in the Senate.
