PM asks supporters not to lose hope in bad times
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan on Sunday asked his supporters not to lose hope in bad times since struggle is all about ups and downs.
Addressing the gathering at Islamabad airport, the prime minister thanked the nation for prayers that he said enabled him to fight Kashmir’s case.
“I would first of all, like to thank the public, the way you prayed for me and the Kashmiris. I would also like to thank Bushra Begum for praying for me continuously.”
PM Khan pledged that he will continue to expose the fascist agenda of Narendra Modi’s government at every international forum. “Even if the world does not stand with Kashmir, Pakistan will always stand with them. We stand with them because we want to please Allah,” he assured.
The prime minister asked his supporters not to lose hope in bad times since struggle is all about ups and downs. “You have to make sure to not be disappointed in times of hardship because the people of Kashmir are looking towards you. As long as they have us standing with them, they will continue their struggle and will win freedom one day,” he said.
PM accorded outstanding reception after his successful US visit
Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan was accorded an outstanding reception on his arrival at Islamabad International Airport, after his successful US visit at the UN General Assembly session.
Imran Khan has landed in the federal capital Islamabad after concluding his successful visit to the US where he delivered a historical speech in the 74th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on September 27.
As he made his way to the main hall, loud cheers were heard from the crowd numbering in hundreds.
Prime Minister Imran Khan, who has just landed at Islamabad airport, will be given an outstanding reception.
Upon his arrival at the Islamabad airport, PM Imran Khan received warm welcome from federal ministers, cabinet members, other legislators, central leaders of the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and a large number of PTI activists crowded to meet him.
Special arrangements were made prior to the arrival of the premier at Islamabad airport as his special flight was scheduled to land at 4:30 pm.
A large number of activists arrived at the Islamabad International Airport in shape of rallies from Lahore, Faisalabad and Peshawar.
Convoys of cars and pickup trucks carrying PTI workers from different parts of the country were seen entering the capital ahead of the prime minister’s arrival.
Videos posted on social media showed the workers waving flags of the ruling party and Azad Kashmir.
Federal Minister Murad Saeed, Defence Minister Pervez Khattak, Shaikh Rasheed Ahmed, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Governor Shah Farman and central leaders of the ruling party are present on the occasion.
Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi among the Pakistani delegation including Adviser to the PM on Finance Dr Abdul Hafeez Shaikh, Special Assistant to the PM on Overseas Pakistanis Syed Zulfiqar Abbas Bukhari and other senior officials are also accompanying the PM.
