PM, COAS to leave for daylong tour of Afghanistan tomorrow

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif will leave for Afghanistan on a daylong tour along with a high-level delegation tomorrow (Tuesday).
As per reports, Afghan President Ashraf Ghani invited the premier and the army chief which the latter accepted. For this purpose, a a high level meeting took place at the PM House today in which senior level officials including the ISI chief took part.
During the meeting, relations with Afghanistan were discussed in detail. Also, the resolve to further strengthen the relations with the neighbour on the West was made.
