PM Imran Khan, Sri Lankan counterpart discuss strategy against COVID-19
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan phoned his Sri Lankan counterpart Mahinda Rajapaksa on Friday.
They exchanged their views about the strategy against COVID-19.
During the conversation, Prime Minister Imran Khan stressed the need for economic stability and activate the economy. He congratulated his Sri Lankan counterpart on his success in the elections.
He reiterated the resolve to further promote bilateral relations.
PM Imran Khan assured Mahinda Rajapaksa of Pakistan’s full support in different departments. He also invited Mahinda to visit Pakistan.
He said that both countries will continue to work according to the framework of the SAARC.
