PM Nawaz reaches US today
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will today (Sunday) reach United States of America (USA) to attend the 71st session of UN General Assembly beginning from Monday.
In his address to the UN General Assembly, the Prime Minister will highlight the unabated grave violations of human rights by Indian forces in Occupied Kashmir.
He will call upon the international community and the United Nations to live up to their promise of ensuring the right to self determination to the people of Jammu and Kashmir in accordance with UN Security Council resolutions.
Nawaz Sharif would also speak on Pakistan’s position, role and contribution on key international issues ranging from peace and security to development and highlight the vision and priorities of his government.
The Prime Minister will also participate in the High Level Meeting of the General Assembly to address Large Movements of Refugees and Migrants and the Leaders’ Summit on Refugees convened by President Obama.
