PM Nawaz Sharif wears pink turban gifted by Indian counterpart Modi
NEW DELHI (92 News) – Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif wore the pink turban gifted to him by his Indian counterpart Narendra Modi for his granddaughter’s wedding, Indian media claimed.
The Indian media quoted a source that Sharif had donned the “Indian Rajasthani pink turban” gifted to him by Modi during the Indian premier’s visit on Friday.
“Wearing the gifted turban of Modi itself shows that Sharif’s sincere intention towards the neighboring country. Besides, it also demonstrates that Sharif values the gift of Modi,” the source said.
