PML-N to move court against NA-125 verdict
ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has decided to challenge Election Tribunal’s NA-125 judgment in the Supreme Court.
The party’s decision was announced at a joint news conference by Federal Minister Pervaiz Rashid, Ahsan Iqbal and MNA Daniyal Aziz on Wednesday.
He said the party has made the decision after consultation with legal experts.
“Cantonment Boards elections are mini elections and the PML-N gained significant mandate,” he said.
He said Tribunal did not declare Khawaja Saad Rafique involved in rigging and revealed that Saad Rafique wanted to go for a re-election.
