Power breakdown hits parts of Karachi
KARACHI (92 News) – A major power breakdown on Friday left several areas of Pakistan’s largest and richest city, Karachi, without electricity including Governor House and Sindh Chief Minister House and brought much of normal life to a standstill.
The major outage forced shops, hospitals and businesses to turn to back-up generators as the lights went out, including those in the Governor House and Sindh Chief Minister House.
The areas which are without electricity included Governor House, Sindh Chief Minister House and suburban areas.
The residents of the area came out to protest at Sheerin Jinnah Colony.
