Power protesters set ablaze Wapda office, Sessions Court in Swabi
SWABI (92 News) – Violent protests erupted over prolonged loadshedding being obsereved despite claims made by the federal government that no power shutdown during the Sehr and Iftar timings in Ramazan on Friday.
The protesters attacked Wapda office and set it on on fire. The violent protersters also set on fire the Sessions Court.
The protesters blocked GT Road for five hours, causing a severe traffic mess in the area.
On the assurances of DIG Mardan, the protesters dispersed.
