PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto reviews party situation in Punjab
KARACHI (92 News) – PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto presided over a meeting to review party situation in Punjab on Thursday.
Former prime minister Pervaiz Ashraf, former federal minister Qamar Zaman Kaira, former governor Ahmed Mahmood, Nadeen Chan and Manzoor Wattoo participated in the meeting.
However, Imtiaz Warraich did not participate in the meeting.
The leaders heaped complaints before the chairman, saying workers are annoyed with the PPP in each city of Punjab.
They said that the workers have reservations about the Punjab leadership.
“If the PML-N can make its leaders from Sindh senators, why the PPP can’t do it,” he said.
The PPP leaders complained that the critics of the PPP government were given tickets during the Senate elections.
