PPP leader Qadir Patel to seek bail before returning to Pakistan
KARACHI (92 News) – The Anti-Terrorism Court has on Monday handed over case documents to nominated Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Qadir Patel in former petroleum minister Dr Asim Hussain case.
The PPP leader will seek bail before returning to Pakistan. Qadir Patel and four Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leaders are accused of seeking treatment for terrorists in Dr Asim Hussain’s hospital.
The court had issued non-bailable arrest warrants of Qadir Patel and ordered the FIA officials to present the accused in the court after arresting him from the airport.
