Preparations complete for sending bodies of deceased ambassadors, wives to home countries

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – Preparations were completed on Saturday to fly the bodies of deceased ambassadors and the wives of ambassadors to their home countries.

As per Foreign Secretary Aizaz Chaudhry, the bodies of Norwegian and Philippines ambassadors and wives of ambassadors of Malaysia and Indonesia will be sent through special aircraft.

Earlier on Friday, a Pakistan Army MI-17 crashed in the Naltar valley in Gilgit Baltistan with top diplomats on board. As a result, 11 foreigners and six Pakistanis were killed, including two pilots.
