Promote education to eliminate terrorism, says Malala Yousafzai
LONDON (92 News) – The Nobel prize winner Malala Yousafzai has on Wednesday said that the reasons of terrorism can be eradicated by promoting education.
Addressing a ceremony in Birmingham on the occasion of first anniversary of attack on Army Public School Peshawar, Malala Yousafzai paid rich tribute to the martyrs and said that after Operation Zarb-e-Azb, there is need for Operation Zarb-e-Qalm.
She further condemned Donald Trump’s views on Muslims as she attended a somber ceremony to remember the 134 children killed in a Taliban attack on a Pakistani school a year ago.
“Well that’s really tragic that you hear these comments which are full of hatred, full of this ideology of being discriminative towards others,” said Malala.
On the occasion, the survivor of APS tragedy, Ahmad Nawaz said that the terrorism can be eliminated through education, adding that he saw a female teacher burned alive in front of him.
