2nd phase for PSL players drafting completes

LAHORE (92 News) – The 2nd phase of two-day drafting process of players for the Pakistan Super League-2016 (PSL) has completed in Lahore on Tuesday.

A total of 25 international players including Chris Gayle, Shane Watson and Kevin Peterson have become a part of PSL, while Azhar Ali will be the captain of Lahore Qalander.

In silver category, Shahid Afridi picked English player David Meelan, Amir Yameen, Imran Khan Junior, Shahid Yousaf and Abdur Rehman for his team Peshawar Zalmay.


Karachi King’s Shoaib Malik selected Bangladesh’s Mushfiqur Rehman as wicket keeper batsman, Sohail Khan, Nouman Anwar, Iftikhar Ahmad and Usama Mir.
