PTI chairman Imran Khan issued contempt of court notice in Health Act case
PESHAWAR (92 News) – The Peshawar High Court has issued a contempt of court notice in the Health Act case on Thursday.
The bench comprising of Justice Seth Waqar Ahmed and Justice Younis Thaheem also ordered Imran Khan to appear on November 12.
The PMA counsel contended that the case of appointment of board of governors in hospitals is sub judice and Imran Khan has harassed doctors by expressing his opinion on the issue.
Meanwhile, the chief election commissioner has refused to meet a delegation led by the PTI leadership.
He ordered the PTI leaders to provide proofs of the rigging in NA-122 in writing.
