Seven injured as PTI groups clash in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI (92 News) – At least seven persons including a woman were injured during a clash between two rival groups of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf on Monday.

As per details, the two rival groups of the PTI opened firing at each other when clash erupted in Transformer Chowk on Kari Road, critically injuring seven persons including a woman.

The injured persons were shifted to Nazir Hospital where one of the injured was said to be in critical condition.

The rival groups chanted slogans against each other.


Heavy contingent of police has been deputed in the hospital.

On the other hand, the chief minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif took notice of the incident and directed the RPO to submit detailed report.
