PTI to celebrate its 23rd foundation day today

ISLAMABAD (92 News) – The ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is set to celebrate its 23rd foundation day in Islamabad on Wednesday (today).

A special ceremony in this regard, will be held at Jinnah Convention Center in Islamabad. Prime Minister and PTI chairman Imran Khan will address the ceremony.

Strict security measures have been taken to avoid any untoward incident and special passes have been issued to the attendants of the ceremony.

Pakistan Tehree-e-Isnaf (PTI) is celebrating its 23rd foundation day (Youm-e-Tasees).

Former finance minister and PTI stalwart took his twitter and congratulated the party workers on the foundation day. In his tweet, Asad Umar also paid tribute to all those who came to the party with its hard work reached the place.

Earlier, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that the upcoming foundation day of the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was significant in many ways and that they would reaffirm the resolve to bring about a real change in Pakistan.

The prime minister maintained that PTI was at a very significant stage of its evolution, as after rendering a struggle for 22 years, it made its way to the power corridors. He emphasised it was high time to transform the party into an exemplary organisation.

He continued, “The upcoming foundation day (Youm-e-Tasees) was significant in many aspects and on this day, we will reaffirm our resolve to play our role in the process of the country and will strive hard to achieve our national objectives.”It was decided in the meeting to celebrate Youm-e-Tasees of PTI with full passion and fervour.

It is worth mentioning here that PTI was found on April 25, 1996.
