PUJ protests fake case against 92 News Anchorperson Qaisar Khan
LAHORE (92 News) – The Punjab Union of Journalists (PUJ) protested a fake case registered against 92 News Anchorperson Qaisar Khan at Charing Cross on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, PFUJ president Rana Azeem, PUJ president Shahzad Butt, vice-president Mian Shahid Nadeem, Lahore Press Club president Shahbaz Mian and EMRA president Abid Khan demanded immediate withdrawal of the fake case against Qaisar Khan.
They said that Qaisar Khan had been punished for speaking truth.
They threatened to launch a long march if the case was not withdrawn till May 5.
A large number of senior journalists also participated in the demonstration to express solidarity with Qaisar Khan.
