LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar on Tuesday briefed Prime Minister Imran Khan on the steps taken by the Punjab government for implementation of 100-days plan. The prime minister met Usman Buzdar during his maiden official visit to Lahore discussed political, administrative, and economic matters of the province. The Punjab chief minister also informed the prime minister about progress on the “Naya Pakistan Housing Programme” in Punjab. During the meeting, they discussed the matters relating to the Senate election. Meanwhile, Imran Khan met Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and discussed various matters including political and economic matters of the province. The prime minister appreciated the speaker for running the proceedings of assembly in a better way. The Punjab Assembly speaker congratulated the prime minister for his successful visit to Saudi Arabia. On the other hand, Prime Minister Khan will chair several meetings during his official visit.
