Punjab CM Usman Buzdar inquires after health of BoP president
LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar phoned Bank of Punjab President Zafar Masood to inquire after his health on Saturday.
He expressed good wishes for him and prayed for his quick recovery.
On Thursday, a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) aircraft with 99 people on board crashed one minute before landing near Jinnah International Airport Karachi.
According to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) sources, the national flag carrier’s flight No PK-8303 A-320 flying from Lahore to Karachi crashed in Model Colony near airport before landing. As a result, several houses were damaged. Fire fighters reached the spot and extinguished the fire. Several bodies and injured have been shifted to hospital.
The officials Captain Sajjad Gill, First Officer Usman-e-Azam and Farid Ahmed Chaudhry were onboard when the plane crashed. However, Abdul Qayyum Ashraf, Irfan Rafiq, Madiha Iram, Amna Irfan and Asma Shahzadi were among the crew members.
