Punjab Food Authority Act challenged in LHC

LAHORE (92 News) – Following the raids Punjab Food Authority (PFA) at different hotels, the Punjab Food Authority Act has been challenged in Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday.

The petitioner said in its plea that the PFA is sealing hotels without any prior notice, while the pictures of hotels are being shared on social media despite court orders.

The court ordered the Punjab government to submit reply in three weeks.
