Qadri reaches Lahore, hopes court will make Model Town report public
LAHORE (92 News) – Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri has on Thursday reached Lahore.
A large number of his supporters, including women, accorded him a rousing welcome at the airport and his residence.
Speaking on the occasion, the PAT chief hoped that the judiciary would make Justice Baqir Naqvi’s report into the Model Townn Tragedy public on September 12.
He said that the government officials are declaring Panama Leaks verdict as conspiracy, adding that the Sharif family has businesses in many countries.
Earlier on August 16, while addressing the women sit-in on the Mall Road, Dr Tahirul Qadri predicted the hanging death for Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif.
He said that the Panama case thief had been caught, while the killer of Model Town is free. “Nawaz Sharif had introduced dictatorship in politics. The parliament belongs to the rich and terrorists,” he added.
