Rangers deployed for anti-encroachment operation in Karachi’s Sadar
KARACHI (92 News) – The rangers have been deployed during the continued anti-encroachment operation at Saddar in Karachi.
As per details garnered, after removing illegal constructions and shops inside and outside the Empress Market, the KDA has started demolishing unplanned buildings in Saddar Rainbow Center.
During the anti-encroachment operation, the rioters attacked on the KMC managements and they pelted stone on the anti-encroachment team. The police played a role as silent spectacular during the clash between rioters and KMC team.
Meanwhile, the rangers have been deployed to control the situation and the action has been stopped for the time being to normalize the situations.
Earlier, KDA had kicked off second phase of anti-encroachments operation to remove the illegal constructions inside the Empress Market and expanded the operation to demolish unplanned buildings in Kabari market, Jahangirabad.
