Rangers detain 13 criminals in Karachi
KARACHI (92 News) – At least 13 suspects were apprehended during raids by the Sindh Rangers in Karachi’s various areas on Wednesday.
As per details, the paramilitary force carried out an operation in Rizvia Colony and detained an accused namely Syed Atif Abbasi who belonged to banned Sipah-e-Muhammad.
The arrested accused was involved in incidents of target killing and extortion.
An accused namely Daniyal belonging to Muttahida Qaumi Movement-London was arrested during a raid in Paridi area of the city. The arrested accused was involved in incidents of extortion and wall chalking.
On the other hand, four suspects namely Mirag Din alias Meenu, Saifullah alias Niazi, Zulfikar and Nasir were rounded up during raids in Rizvia and Korangi Industrial area. The arrested men were involved in incidents of target killing, extortion, robbery and illegal weapons.
Two persons namely Anjum Malik and Faizan were nabbed in Korangi Industrial Area.
Five suspects namely Fawad, Ali, Balaj, Asgher Ali, Abbas Ali and Junaid were taken into custody in a raid in Chakiwara.
