Ready to talk with army but in front of people, not secretly: Maryam Nawaz
GILGIT (92 News) -Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz on Thursday has said that the party is ready to talk with the Pakistan Army but in front of people, not secretly.
In an interview with British Broadcasting Corporation 'BBC', Maryam Nawaz also claimed that the establishment contacted our close aides. She also maintained that the PML-N is ready to talk with army on condition of sending the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government home.
The PML-N vice president further told that she can talk to all 'stakeholders'. "The negotiation can be started from the platform of the opposition alliance Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) but the condition is that the PTI The government should be sent home," she added.

Maryam Nawaz claimed that the establishment had contacted her close aides for talks. "The establishment has contacted many people around me, but no one has contacted me directly," she said.
To a question whether she is ready to hold talks with the current leadership of the Pakistan Army, Maryam Nawaz replied, "The army is my institution. We will definitely talk, but within the ambit of the constitution. If anyone tries to cross the crease and play, the (scope) that has been given by the constitution will be discussed, and that matter will now be in front of the people, not secretly."
"I am not against the institution but I think this government will have to go home if we are to move forward. These incompetents are unable to improve the economic situation, it happens when you steal people's votes," she said.
