Rulers worried about NAB actions in Punjab, says Khurshid Shah
LAHORE (92 New) – Opposition leader in the National Assembly Syed Khurshid Shah has on Monday said that the politics is taking a new turn every day.
Talking to media in Lahore on Monday, Khurshid Shah said that the rulers are worried about the National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) actions in Punjab but the rulers must let the Bureau work.
He said that Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif had announced to tender his resignation if the allegations regarding Model Town incident proved but the provincial government turned the investigation to somewhere.
The opposition leader said that how much of the budget is being spent in Lahore as costly projects are being launched in Punjab and how much funds are being spent in South Punjab.
