SA session ends without resolution on Rangers powers extension
KARACHI (92 News) – The Sindh Assembly session has on Thursday ended without moving regarding extension of Rangers powers.
The provincial assembly sessin started with two hours delay and Speaker Sindh Assembly Agha Siraj Durrani chaired the assembly session.
The assembly session offered fateha for the departed leaders Jamil Bhargari and Makhdoom Amin Fahim after which Agha Siraj Durrani administered oath taking of elected Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) member Ahmad Bhargari.
Talking to media Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Khawaja Izharul Hassan said that the MQMmoved resolution to transfer authority to local government members.
He said that we donot have any objection on Karachi operation but we have some observations.
Speaker Sindh Assembly said that Rangers and Police have done good job in the province but he doesn’t know regarding agreement with the provincial government.
