Samsam Bukhari terms APC as war to protect corruption
LAHORE (92 News) – Punjab Information Minister Samsam Bukhari on Tuesday has termed that the All Parties Conference (APC) is just only war to protest corruption.
In a statement, the Punjab information minister said that the APC is not more than a get together, adding that the nation will get no benefit from the APC.
He also mentioned that the decision of the Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) not to atten the APC is biggest shock for the opposition parties.
Commenting on Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif, Samsam Bukhari said that he should break the silence and clear his position in his party. “Possibly Shehbaz has to speak in the parliament after permission of Maryam Nawaz,” he taunted.
Addressing a press conference on Saturday, Maryam Nawaz said that Nawaz Sharif is not in favour of any charter of economy. He wants that the opposition should not show any weakness.
Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) stalwart Khawaja Asif supported the statement regarding ‘mockery of economy’ of PML-N vice president Maryam Nawaz.
Two groups in PML-N which signified a clear rift in the political party surfaced as Khawaja Asif clearly supported the statement of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s daughter against Opposition Leader in National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif, terming Hamza Shehbaz as ‘spectacle’.
It is pertinent to mention here that the PML-N president stated in favour of the charter of economy while the vice president opposed the charter of economy, saying as mockery of economy.
Addressing to the press conference, commenting on the Shehbaz Sharif’s statement on charter of economy, Khawaj Asif said, “The government and the opposition have enormous differences on the budget, the inflation has doubled, all the predictions are being proven.”
